#559-761-2370 Once we receive your request an appraiser will contact you to set an appointment. Our appraisers will work their time around yours. (after work, weekends) Prior to your appointment your appraiser will research your home's county information, market trends, sales in the market area, conditions and new listings. This information will give us a overview of your market prior to our appointment. Your appraiser will personally view your property, measure, take pictures and make detailed notes. This is a good time to tell your appraiser about your home's - improvements, special features, school districts etc. The comparables selected are ones that are most like your home. All are researched, viewed and photographed and added to your report. Writing your appraisal report then begins. Your report is unique to your home and situation. You will receive your completed report by email. .
